We’re an STA (Safety Training Awards), RLSS (Royal Life Saving Society UK), QNUK (Qualifications Network) and Highfield Qualifications Approved Training Centre. With experienced trainers and tutors and many courses available face to face as well as online we’re first choice in our industry.
Our most popular course right now is the accredited level 3 Pool Plant Operator Course, which once completed allows you to run and operate your pool efficiently and safely. This course is not only an accredited course via the STA but is also CIMSPA endorsed and ensures you adhere to industry best practice, follow and understand current PWTAG guidance, British and European Standards, HSG179 and other HSE requirements.
Through this course you will equip yourself with machinery knowledge and water testing skills to ensure your pool is maintained to the highest standards, allowing everyone to learn and swim in safe, clear and hygienic water.
Following the huge number of incidents relating to badly managed pools across the UK this course is the essential course to ensure organisational and professional ongoing compliance and accountability. Being able to demonstrate ongoing training and development of staff will help improve safety for all involved but also help with any investigations should the worst happen.
This qualification is aimed at staff who are in positions of responsibility over pool plant operations such as site maintenance, leisure managers, duty managers.
We’re currently able to offer this course at a reduced cost of £180 (inclusive of VAT) before the price rises to £285 in July 2023. Our next dates are 22nd – 24th March and are delivered remotely for flexibility. Unlike other qualifications this STA qualification lasts for 5 years helping to reduce ongoing renewal fees and directly impacting your bottomline.
There are two elements to the assessment on this course, the remote water test and the online assessment. Please ensure you are able to complete both parts before booking on to the course. If you have any questions you can direct them to Mark at hello@inatthedeepend.com
