This fun, action packed class is designed to motivate children to stay active and maintain a happy, healthy lifestyle whilst building their confidence in the water.
Participants should be 8+ years and must be able to swim.
This 30-minute high intensity interval workout builds muscle strength, improves balance and burns calories. Using moves including squats, mountain climbers and lunges, it’s a full body workout with a difference.
