If you change your mind for any reason please return the goods to us at the address below stating your name, address and order number. This must be done within 14 days of your order being delivered. We count the 14 days as starting the day after you accept delivery. We will be very happy to offer a refund unless the product is personalised at which point it can only be returned if faulty.
Refunds will include the cost of any standard delivery fees. Should you have paid for expediated or express deliveries we will only refund the standard delivery charge and only if the whole order is returned. The cost of returning goods to us is also not covered.
All goods returned to us should be in reasonable, un-used condition with all packaging included. Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receipt of the goods back to us.
If you have ordered goods to be delivered to your swimming teacher you will be deemed to have received them the day after collection. If you wish to return them to us via your teacher you must do so within 14 days of receipt. This usually means within the next two lessons (as long as no holidays are in the middle). If you are unable to attend lessons then you must return via post as per the above methods.
Gift Vouchers must be returned, and unused, for a refund.
Unfortunately we do not offer exchanges. In this instance we ask that you return your goods as per above and reorder at your convenience.
If you find your product to be faulty please contact us via email at email@example.com within 30 days stating your name, order number and the problem including and proof if possible (e.g. photographs etc.). We will then work with you to provide a full refund or replacement depending upon your preference as well as a return of the item.
